This is the process for registering a team to play in the 2023 SCPAS summer recreational season. for youth girls fastpitch softball. Please read this in its entirity.

In order to properly register a team for summer ball play, you must first sign into your account on the SCPAS website, or if you do not have an account, create a new account.

If you have an account, please sign in, go the the SCPAS home page, and click "register team". If you do not have an account, please create one. Ideally, the head coach will be registering the team - but that isn't a requirement. Registering as a member allows us to collect your contact data for your team. In the future, your team players, parents, grandparents and friends will also be eligible to register. By doing so, they will be kept up to date on your teams events. The management of the team will also be able to send text and email blasts to all of your respective interested parties.

It is also important to point out, that once your team registers, a "team page" will be created specifically for your team. You will be able to post announcements and other information for your team. All of these features are possible by registering as a member. Please follow the instructions as you move through this process.

As you register your team, you will be asked to define your position with the team. For instance, if you are a coach or player, etc. So that we may have standardization, if you are the head coach of your team, you will select the "manager" position.

The cutoff date for age qualification is January 1, which means the player may play on a team in the age bracket that matches her age on January 1.

By agreeing to have your name as the manager of the team (head coach), you are agreeing to read, understand and abide by the playing rules and the interpretations of those rules by the umpire, league officials and/or the Board of Directors, subject to the protest procedure contained within those rules. Please pay special attention to the Zero Tolerance Policy regarding player, coach and spectator conduct.
