South Central Pennsylvania Softball is now utilizing its own, USA/ASA certified umpire staff to officiate its games. Umpires are assigned to games and paid by SCPAS staff. Prospective people who may be considering umpiring should review the pamphlet contained within this link.

South Central Pennsylvania Softball now has the capability to register new umpires or renew current umpires with USA/ASA.
